Strattice™ Reconstructive Tissue Matrix is a sterile reconstructive tissue matrix that supports tissue regeneration. Derived from porcine dermis, it undergoes LifeCell’s non-damaging proprietary processing that removes cells and significantly reduces the key component believed to play a major role in the xenogeneic rejection response1.

In a primate model, Strattice™ Tissue Matrix demonstrated rapid revascularization, cell repopulation and white cell migration as early as two weeks post implantation and mature vascular structure at six months post implantation. Strattice™ Tissue Matrix is recommended for use in soft tissue reinforcement, including hernia repair and breast reconstruction. Its benefits include:

Challenging hernia repair

Breast reconstruction postmastectomy
