ProfiCARE™ Mattress Replacement System

ProfiCARE™ Mattress Replacement System offers alternating as well as static pressure management for the treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers.

Features/Benefits

ProfiCARE™ Mattress Replacement System offers features specifically designed to help manage patients at risk of developing pressure ulcers:

  • Alternating Pressure air filled sacs (or cells) which sequentially inflate and deflate and relieve pressure at different anatomical sites for short periods7
  • Softkey® Comfort Control optimises patient comfort without interrupting operation of the automatic pressure control
  • Mattress deflation release for CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) evacuates air from the mattress in a maximum of 15 seconds in one quick action
  • Breathable and waterproof cover with two-way stretch
  • Auto Control System - a pressure sensing pad located between the foam layer and air cells - detects weight pressure from the patient and automatically reduces or increases air in the cells
  •  Removable Cushions for pressure relief at heels. Cushions are removable during treatment to optimise pressure relief at targeted areas of the body. Easy replacement of air cells if damaged
